Barbara O. Ruple

 Hartsville, S.C.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Barbara O. Ruple age 85 will be held Monday at 3:00 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Father Dan Papineau will officiate. Burial will be in the Westview Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday from 1:00 – 2:30 pm at Norton Funeral Home.

Barbara was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. a daughter of the late John and Toni Osborne Muir. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church where she served as Chairperson of the Bereavement Committee. She was a loving person to her family and friends and never met a stranger.

Surviving are one son, Danny Oliver, Hartsville; three daughters, Toni Marie Andrews, Hartsville, Annette Joy Burr, Hartsville and Jennifer Lynn Blackstock, Hartsville; seven grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Howard Donald (Pete) Oliver and Robert Frank Ruple; three grandchildren; one sister Joanna Price.
