Annie Vann

Funeral services for Annie Register Vann age 60, will be held Friday at 4:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Mr. Johnny Tolson will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 5-7 pm at the funeral home.

Annie was born in Whiteville, N.C. a daughter of the late Ernest Eugene and Iris King Register. She was a 1975 graduate of Nakina High School, a 1979 graduate of Pembroke State College. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist church. She taught Home Economics for 28 1/2 years with the Darlington County School System. She loved to sew, loved animals, loved to cook, was a loving wife, mother, sister and never met a stranger.

Surviving are her husband, Gary L. Vann, Hartsville; one daughter, Jennifer (Michael) Lynch, Hartsville; one son, Chris (Hillary Theriault) Vann, Hartsville; one sister, Teresa (Joe) Hartsell, Harrisburg, N.C.
