Memorial service for Amanda Lynn Melton James age 51 will be held Sunday at 2:00 at the Fourth Street Baptist Church. Rev. Kenny Lynch will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

Amanda was born in Kannapolis, N.C. a daughter of Cynthia Mahlon Benton and the late Thomas Carroll Melton.

Surviving are her husband, Jerald Wally James, Hartsville; her mother, Hartsville; two sons, Jerald Jonothan James, Hartsville and Adrian Willis James, Hartsville; one grandchild, Blazely James, Hartsville; one sister, Shane Weeks, Calhoun Falls; two brothers, Thomas Carroll Melton Greenwood and Randy Lamar Melton, Greenwood.
