Afton Amerson

Hartsville, S.C. Afton Olden (Pud) Amerson, age 70, who passed away September 15 in Concord, N.C. will be held Wednesday at 2:00 at Wilkes Chapel Methodist Church. Rev. Ronnie Caulder will officiate. Burial will be in the Wilkes Chapel Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday 6-8 pm at the Funeral Home. Mr. Amerson was born in Lamar a son of the late Capers & Geneva Hutson Amerson. Surviving are his wife, Billie Linton Amerson, Kannapolis, N.C.; one son, Buddy (Joy) Amerson, Kannapolis, N.C.; two brothers, Lavelle (Dot) Amerson, Hartsville, Wilbur (Barbara) Amerson, Winnsboro; three grandchildren, Kristina Amerson, Las Vagas, Nevada, Nate Amerson, Rockwell, N.C., Emily Kindley, Concord, N.C.; two great grandchildren, Maddie & Seth Kindley, Concord, N.C.
